安装过程中先查看服务器已有相关ntp的依赖，再视情况安装

该源码并非纯净的源码，是基于ntp-4.2.8p14源码修改，只添加了端口的可配置功能，原有纯净的代码只支持123端口，现在可以通过命令行配置，目前只添加了服务端ntpd和客户端ntpdate的两个程序的源码
如:安装编译后使用方式如：
ntpd:ntpd -Z 12312 -d 7 -c /etc/ntp.conf
ntpdate:ntpdate -Z 12312 server_ip（若使用-d debug模式下，不会同步时间）
注意：-Z紧跟命令使用，若有其他编译安装问题，可以留言讨论

解压后，执行安装命令，里面包含了三个RPM
rpm -ivh * --nodeps --force
然后执行ntpdate 192.xxx.xxx.xxx
